Return and exchange
AP Imaging Supplies RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURES o Please read, and agree to, these terms in their entirety. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. o Do not use return labels provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Some manufacturers, such as Hewlett Packard, provide these labels for recycling purposes and AP Imaging Supplies cannot reimburse customers for any products sent back to the Original Manufacturer. o If you are in a hurry for your replacement, we strongly recommend placing a separate order online, and we will provide a refund once the item(s) are received by AP Imaging Supplies. Please have your Order Number(s) ready and choose one of the options below. Returning New or Non-defective Items o AP Imaging Supplies accepts returns on new and/or non-defective items for up to 3 months for OEM products, and up to 1 year for all Compatible and Remanufactured products, provided the product is in 100% resalable condition. o A 20% restocking fee applies to all products returned unless the product is defective. o The Customer is responsible for shipping all items back to AP Imaging Supplies, once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been provided. We strongly recommend returning the item(s) via UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express, as Tracking Numbers and Proof of Delivery are provided with their services Returning Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items AP Imaging Supplies provides two options for the return of defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise: 1. Exchanges · Exchanges will be made for up to 90 days from date of purchase for OEM (brand name) items, and for up to one year for Remanufactured and Compatible items. · AP Imaging Supplies will ship your replacement product/s free of charge, within 48 hours of your request, provided the customer agrees to the terms on this Return/Exchange Request Form. · If you are in a hurry for your replacement, we strongly recommend placing a separate order online or by telephone, and we will refund your credit card once the defective item(s) have been received by AP Imaging Supplies. 2. Refunds · AP Imaging Supplies will refund the customer, in full, for any defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, for up to 90 days from purchase on OEM (brand name) items, and up to six months for Remanufactured and Compatible items. · The customer must provide printing samples (if applicable). AP Imaging Supplies provides free return shipping for all defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise via ARS Label (sometimes referred to as a "call tag"). If requesting an exchange, the label will either be included in the outer shipping carton, or sent by regular mail, but not in the actual product box. For refunds, labels will always be sent via regular mail. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in these matters. · Credit cannot be given if the returned merchandise appears to be used to capacity or tampered with in any way.

Shipping Policy
Please note: Cutoff time for special shipping considerations is 4:00 pm PST We offer FREE Shipping for all Orders over $75 when shipped within the continental/contiguous US*. Orders less than $50 pay $10 for Shipping per Product. You will receive your order next Bus. Days. ** Additional charges may apply for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. Territories. APO/FPO orders are charged exact USPS shipping fees. If ordering more than one type of product (i.e., an OEM cartridge and a Remanufactured cartridge), your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive and be packaged separately. Orders also may ship using a combination of freight carriers IMPORTANT: AP Imaging Supplies retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests, bulk orders over $1,000, and pallet orders. AP Imaging Supplies will contact the customer prior to shipment if such items apply. For all questions regarding shipment please call: 818-368-0877 Q: If I order more than one item, can I Ship to multiple addresses? A: No. Unfortunately we cannot "split ship" an order to multiple locations. Simply place a separate order for those items. As long as each order is more than $75 there are no additional costs. Q: Can I have products delivered to my P.O. Box? A: No. AP Imaging Supplies uses multiple carriers, and regrettably they do not deliver to PO Boxes. AP Imaging Supplies requires a physical shipping address be provided for shipping. Q: My order did not arrive when I expected it to? A: If your order is not delivered to its destination on or before those dates, we will refund shipping fees** associated with your purchase. (** Refunds are based on AP Imaging Supplies oversight and error, not the customers. YOUR ONLY REMEDY IF YOUR ITEMS DO NOT SHIP ON-TIME IS A REFUND OF THE SHIPPING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER. IN NO EVENT SHALL AP IMAGING SUPPLIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.

Warranty
AP Imaging Supplies warrants all of its supplies 100% for use in copiers, printers, faxes, and duplicators. Each product has been specifically manufactured for use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). OEM Cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days. Our warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new toner cartridge. AP Imaging Supplies will, at its discretion, either replace the product(s) that prove to be defective or refund the purchase price. The warranty does not cover cartridges that have been refilled, emptied, abused, misused, or tampered with in any way. In the event the cartridge proves to be defective, please contact our office and we will fax or email you a return form. Should you need further assistance please call us at 1-818-368-0877. Once we receive your request we will issue an "ARS Label" to return your defective cartridge. (If the cartridge is defective, include an error printout.) If a defective OEM cartridge causes machine failure, the manufacturer will reimburse the customer the full amount for service and repair. For complete details regarding machine failures as a result of an OEM defective cartridge please contact the OEM Manufacturer. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state, province to province, or country to country. This limited warranty is the sole warranty on all OEM toner cartridges and supercedes any other warranty relating to these products. Compatible and Remanufactured Cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for six months. All compatible and Remanufactured cartridges are manufactured under strict federal guidelines and adhere to the most stringent quality control standards. They are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM counterpart specifications. AP Imaging Supplies also warrants that subject to the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible machine. If a cartridge defect causes machine failure, TonerWorld.com will reimburse the customer the full amount for service and repair. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing AP Imaging Supplies with satisfactory evidence that the machine's failure was due to a defect in the Compatible or Remanufactured cartridge, including a written statement from an authorized service company, stating the reason for failure. This statement must be on authorized company letterhead, and dated and signed by the company's field or service representative. AP Imaging Supplies liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any AP Imaging Supplies cartridge by any person or persons, other than by a AP Imaging Supplies representative, voids all warranties and releases AP Imaging Supplies from all liability. AP Imaging Supplies accepts returns on new and/or defective product for up to 3 months fro OEM cartridges, and up to 6 months for Compatible and Reman products, from date of purchase, provided the product is in 100% resalable condition. If a product is defective, you must fill out a Return Form in it's entirety, or e-mail us with your order number that your product is defective. Questions? Call us 818-368-0877. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. IN NO EVENT SHALL AP IMAGING SUPPLIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
